Shipping Cost And Times
We offer free worldwide express or domestic express shipping (generally 2-3 business days) on all orders. Currently, all EU countries as well as Switzerland, Liechtenstein and United Arab Emirates are included in the list of delivery destinations.
On Saturday, Sundays and public holidays, delivery is not offered.
We are unable to deliver to PO boxes, only to a standard postal address, including street or building name and house number.
Since we are not yet able to ship to certain areas, we suggest that you choose another shipping destination or contact our Customer Care team ([email protected]) to help you find a solution.
Returns
Free no-hassle returns are offered for every item you received from us in accordance with our Returns Policy. You will find a return label in the envelope enclosed in the parcel. You will only need to call the courier and hand over the parcel and the return label. Please use our Return Addresses:

Please note that returns from locations other than the EU, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates are not currently supported.
Taxes And Duties
COSY SUNDAY makes your shopping experience comfortable. For EU, Switzerland and Lichtenstein, and the United Arab Emirates we ship to your destination on a DDP (Deliverable Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be paid by us and are already included in the price you see in the shop. There are no hidden or additional charges. Note: Prices may be displayed in your currency depending on your location.
Shipping Insurance For Our Products
We and our courier partner guarantee that your purchase will be safe until it reaches you. Once your purchase has been delivered to the address provided and signed, it is no longer covered by insurance.
